BMX 20 Magna Boys’ Bike Invader no mad
great deal!. This bike was a great deal. I really believe that for the price you can’t get a better bike. It was very east to assemble, having only to attach the seatpost, front wheel, handlebars, peddles, and front brakes. I bought Boys’ Magna 20 Invader BMX Bike for my girlfriend for Christmas and haven’t gotten too many chances to ride it but it seams fast and comfortable. The shifters are also in a comfortable position and are easy to use.
Good start bike. Worth the money. Since I have bought this bike it has done its job great. I went into this not wanting to spend a lot of money and get a quality bike. The bike isnt as heavy as I thought it would be and it is very smooth. However, there were some issues I ran into. First, the front brake assembly was not as easy as i thought it would be. I got it working but it still needs adjusting. The gears also tend to be slow to shift and sometimes feel binded. But, this isnt that big of an issue if you do flat road riding.
But, overall I would def. recommend this bike to anyone looking for a solid road bike under 500. It may not have the perks as a high dollar bike but it gets ths job done. I am very pleased.
A Great Value!. I got this bicycle for Christmas and was extremely delighted with it. I have been riding bicycles regularly since college (I attended an urban college where everyone rode bikes and few had cars) and put several thousand miles on my last Schwinn. I’ve owned many bikes and had many of them stolen while secured, so I don’t care to throw away nearly a thousand dollars (or several thousand) on a bicycle. I don’t comprehend the added value that a several thousand dollar bike would offer.
This bike was fairly easy to assemble but the front brake isn’t very intuitive so I took it to a local bike shop for periodic maintenance and adjustment. The Katana is very well engineered, lightweight, and has lots of great extras typical of a bike costing more. It is really gorgeous with the gunmetal and blue finish and the wheels look fantastic. The bike arrived in the box and had no shipping damage at all.
If you want a great quality bike for the price, consider this one seriously. I got the 54cm frame size (most bikes don’t have size options) which fits me perfectly (5′10″ with 32 inseam).
