I purchased this friction mount for my Garmin Nuvi 1390T GPS. It does not have a rubber base like the older friction mounts used for my Garmin StreetPilot C330, so I expected some sliding on the dash as I drove. However that expectation proved to be unfounded as this friction mount stayed in place (keep in mind that I do not travel “off road”.) There is not much more that I can add that has not been stated by other reviewers. I am happy with the purchase and feel that the price paid was very reasonable.

I just finished The Help, and I have to say it was more than fantastic. I absolutely love to read, and for the first time in a loooooooooooooong time I found myself marveling not only at the story and characters, but the author. Ms.Stockett has created a novel that deserves much praise. I couldn’t put it down. THANK YOU!!
Heavenly Hash A Collection
At first i was a litle skeptical about not being able to turn pages and not having the feeling of a book. As an avid reader,4+ books a week, i thought space wise it would make things easier but there is so much more. I love having a book in less than a minute maybe a little to much,lol.It is very lightweight and even reading for hours my eyes never bother me. I also like the prices for books with most being half price or better and some being free.All in all kindle is awesome and i dontknow how i ever lived without one.
